Flour-less vegan keto brownies - simple recipe with easy steps to create these deliciously gooey brownies. Vegan & gluten free.


  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 5 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar replacement, e.g. Natvia
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp almond, coconut or peanut flour
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder


  1. Add the non-dairy milk & the apple cider vinegar to a tall glass, stir and place in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium-size bowl combine all dry ingredients for the brownies.
  3. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, then gently pour over the milk/vinegar mixture.
  4. Whisk well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into a greased baking tin (or a lined baking tin) and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until firm.
  6. Let me brownies cool down entirely before cutting and keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
