🌱 Ingredients & Notes
Here is everything you need for this recipe:
- Biscoff Spread - This brings that unique biscoff flavor to your latte! You can find it in most grocery stores near the peanut butter aisle. Make sure to use smooth biscoff spread - not crunchy!
- Espresso - Use freshly brewed espresso for the best coffee kick. If you don't have an espresso machine, strong brewed coffee works too.
- Cold Plant Milk - Any plant milk like soy, almond, or oat will do. It keeps the latte creamy and vegan-friendly.
- Ice Cubes - Keeps your iced latte refreshingly cool. Use plenty to fill your glass. Use reusable ice cubes to prevent them watering down your drink.
- Dairy-Free Cream - Optional, but it adds a lovely swirl on top. Whipped cream from a can or homemade works great.
- Biscoff Biscuits - Perfect for a crunchy garnish or served on the side. Try crumbling them for extra biscoff flavor on top.

- Mug or Small Bowl - To mix espresso and Biscoff spread.
- Spoon - For stirring. A tablespoon works well.
- Ice Cube Tray - To make ice cubes if you don't have any.
- Measuring Cup
- Whisk or Milk Frother - Optional, for mixing the plant milk if you want it frothy.
