🌱 Ingredients & Notes
The ingredients for this Boursin Pasta Bake are super simple and nothing complicated is required to make this delicious dinner dish.
Here's everything you need:

Olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil lightly greases the casserole dish and adds extra flavor.
Boursin Cheese
Plant-based Boursin is a soft cheese that melts easily into the sauce and creates a rich, creamy texture that coats every piece of pasta.
Pasta
I like to use short-grain pasta for this recipe. Short pasta works best as it cooks evenly and absorbs the sauce beautifully during baking.
Canned cherry tomatoes
Canned cherry tomatoes create a rich tomato pasta sauce with plenty of sweetness and flavor. You can also use fresh tomatoes when in season.
For Serving:
- Fresh focaccia bread - A delicious side to pair with the creamy Boursin pasta for a complete meal!
Full measurements in the recipe card below.
🔪 Equipment:
- Baking dish - Use a 8 x 11 inches (20 cm x 30 cm) dish. This size is ideal for even cooking and holding the pasta, cheese, and liquid without overflowing.
- Oven - Preheat to 390°F (200°C) for optimal baking.
- Wooden spoon or spatula - Essential for mixing the pasta and sauce after baking. A non-metal tool prevents scratching the dish.

A question: How much cheese is a block of Boursin cheese? I'll be making a homemade equivalent, so I need to figure out how much to use.
Thanks!
