Creamy Boursin pasta bake made in one dish with uncooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, and plant-based Boursin cheese. This easy vegan version of the viral TikTok pasta recipe is perfect for busy weeknights.
1 Casserole Dish I used a 20 x 30 cm oven dish (8 x 11 inches)

1 wooden spoon or spatula
Ingredients
1-2teaspoonolive oilfor greasing the baking dish
1blockplant-based Boursin cheese
1cupuncooked fusilli pasta (~150 g)or other short-grain pasta
1cancherry tomatoes (15 oz / 425 g)
salt and black pepperto taste
For serving
fresh basil or fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C) and lightly grease the baking dish with olive oil.
Place the Boursin into the middle of the dish and surround it with the pasta.
Pour the canned cherry tomatoes on top. Refill the empty can roughly ¾ with fresh water and add it to the baking dish covering the pasta.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is soft and partially melted.
Remove from the oven. Give everything a good stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Top with fresh basil or fresh parsley before serving.
