With this home-made vegan pumpkin spice syrup you can create your own vegan pumpkin spice latte at home! Super sweet, delicious and filled with autumnal spices.
Add all pumpkin spice syrup ingredients into a nonstick saucepan and heat them on low/medium heat. Stir regularly until most of the water has evaporated and the mixture has become thick and sticky.
Run the syrup through a small sieve to filter out any spices and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Add about 1 tablespoon of the syrup to your desired pumpkin spice drink.
To assemble your vegan pumpkin spice latte, add 1 tablespoon of the syrup, 1 shot of espresso (or 2 if it's a Monday), and frothed plant milk. If you're feeling fancy, top with cream, sprinkles, and more syrup.
