This recipe is a take on a classical Bircher Muesli - with a twist! Using pear, instead of the traditional apple, this dish is the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings.

shredded pear
peeled (or 1 small one)

Coconut Yogurt

Chocolate Pea Protein

Instructions
Start by peeling and shredding ½ pear (or use an entire one if your pear is small) into a medium sized bowl.
Add 3 tablespoon of Coconut Yogurt to the shreds as well as 1.5 tablespoon of protein powder and stir to combine everything.
Sprinkle in the muesli - roughly 3 tablespoon - stir to combine and then transfer everything into a jar with a lid.
Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning with an optional topping of fruit, nuts and chocolate.
Notes
As an alternative to the Nutty Spoon Muesli, simply use a blend of oats, almonds and bran flakes - our simply your favourite muesli ingredients.
