This oil free dressing recipe features a zesty combination of lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup, along with optional fresh herbs for added flavor. It's easy to make and perfect for tossing with your favorite greens!
Combine lemon juice, Dijon mustard in maple syrup in a mason jar, close the lid and shake to combine.
If you choose to add fresh herbs, combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until the herbs are chopped up finely.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired, and drizzle over your salad!
