- ready-made vegan pizza dough - or make your own!
- 150g frozen peas, thawed
- 50g fresh spinach
- 50g fresh kale
- 30g basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the topping:
- a handful of cherry tomatoes
- basil leaves
- a sprinkle of vegan cheese (mozzarella-style!)
- 1 tbsp crushed pistachios for the topping
