Vegan Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
Vegan Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies - the sweetest way to get in all that healthy apple cider vinegar goodness!
Ingredients
- 300 ml fresh apple juice
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar flavoured with cinnamon & turmeric OR see notes below
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoon Agar Agar powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients - apart from the Agar Agar - to a medium size sauce pan and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle in the agar agar powder and whisk to incorporate the powder.
- Heat to a bubble, then transfer the mixture into silicone moulds. Place the moulds into your freezer for 5 minutes, then transfer them into your fridge for at least 20 minutes to harden.
Notes
If using unflavoured apple cider vinegar, use 100ml vinegar with ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon turmeric.
Keep your gummies in a Tupperware in the fridge for 4-5 days.
