These delicious Vegan Protein Cookies With Peanut Butter are perfect at home and on the go - they're also super easy to make!




  1. Preheat your oven to at 190ºC.
  2. Add the peeled bananas to a medium-sized bowl and mash them using a fork. Try to get them into a smooth consistency without any big chunks
  3. Add the peanut butter and protein powder and blend well.
  4. Finally, add in the oats and stir the mixture until the ingredients are well combined.
  5. Using a small spoon scoop out little amounts of the mixture and add them to a lightly oiled baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let the bites cool down and transfer them to a Tupperware or an airtight container - or enjoy immediately! 😉
