These delicious Vegan Protein Cookies With Peanut Butter are perfect at home and on the go - they're also super easy to make!

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats (gluten-free for a gf version)
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp cacao / chocolate protein powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to at 190ºC.
- Add the peeled bananas to a medium-sized bowl and mash them using a fork. Try to get them into a smooth consistency without any big chunks
- Add the peanut butter and protein powder and blend well.
- Finally, add in the oats and stir the mixture until the ingredients are well combined.
- Using a small spoon scoop out little amounts of the mixture and add them to a lightly oiled baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the bites cool down and transfer them to a Tupperware or an airtight container - or enjoy immediately! 😉
